1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Yet.Rest ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

3. Account Registration and Eligibility
Eligibility Requirements
- • You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction

- • You must not be prohibited from using the Service under applicable law
- • One person or entity per account (no sharing accounts)

Billing Terms
- • Payments are processed in Euros (EUR)
- • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
- • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- • No refunds for partial months, except where required by law
- • We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions
- • Price changes will be communicated 30 days in advance

While we strive for 100% uptime, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for damages caused by service interruptions, except where required by law.
8. Intellectual Property
Yet.Rest Intellectual Property
The Yet.Rest platform, including its software, design, trademarks, and documentation, is owned by Yet Technologies S.à r.l. and protected by intellectual property laws.
- • You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer our platform
- • You may not use our trademarks without permission
- • You receive a limited license to use the service as intended
Your Intellectual Property
You retain all rights to your content, applications, and intellectual property created using Yet.Rest.

9. Limitation of Liability
Important Legal Limitations
Service Provided "As Is": Yet.Rest is provided without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of Damages: In no event shall Yet Technologies S.à r.l. be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
Maximum Liability: Our total liability to you for all claims shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Geographic Limitations: These limitations apply to the fullest extent permitted by Luxembourg law and applicable EU regulations.
10. Termination
Termination by You
- • You may cancel your account at any time
- • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your billing period
- • You can export your data before cancellation
- • No refunds for unused time (except where legally required)
Termination by Us
- • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
- • We'll provide 30 days notice for non-emergency terminations
- • You'll have opportunity to export your data
- • Immediate termination for serious violations
Data Retention After Termination
- • Account data: 12 months retention
- • Project data: 90 days retention
- • Backups: May persist in backup systems for up to 12 months
- • Legal requirements may extend retention periods
11. Governing Law and Disputes
Applicable Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Luxembourg, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Luxembourg.
Dispute Resolution

- Mediation: If direct resolution fails, we're open to mediation
- Legal Action: Any legal proceedings must be filed in Luxembourg
- EU Rights: EU consumer rights remain unaffected
